Consumer dispute resolution
If, as a consumer, you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or you believe we have violated your rights, please contact us first with a request for redress.
If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days of its sending, you may submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution. The alternative dispute resolution body is the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorised legal person registered in the list kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes).
